Lecturer at the University of Queensland and National President of the Liberal Democrats. John has worked for The Australian Treasury, the World Bank and ASEAN, and founded a university research centre and education charity in Cambodia. He has a PhD in economics from UQ and is a qualified JP and snake handler.
