About
Claire has over 20 years of property development experience. She has delivered residential and mixed-use projects in Brisbane, Perth and London ranging in scale from $20m to $700m. Claire also holds tertiary qualifications in property economics and construction management.
For the first 15 years of her career, Claire worked for some of the world’s largest property developers, including Mirvac, Lendlease, and Barratt London. In 2018, she co-founded a successful Brisbane property consultancy and in 2021 was recognised as one of Queensland’s Top 20 Business Entrepreneurs. In 2023, Claire founded Cohere Projects, a residential developer driven to build high quality residential projects, with a focus on sustainability, design, and community benefit.
Claire is a strong advocate for the property sector and collaborates with numerous industry bodies. She is the Chair for the UDIA BCC Policy Advisory Committee and sits on the UDIA SEQRP Sub-Committee. She also Chairs the ULI’s QLD District Committee and sits on the ULI National Council.
